$30 per hour - pay per task
This rate is for secretarial services including advanced / high detailed work, and you only pay for the time it takes to complete the task.
$2.00 per audio minute - Transcription Service
Transcription time varies depending on the quality of the recording and sometimes our hourly rate of $30 per hour is more economical. As a guide 45 audio minutes takes approximately 3 hours to transcribe.

Subscription Service
Purchase a set amount of time per week or month, for example you can retain our services for say 6 hours per week paid in advance and this will ensure that we allocate the time required to complete your work. Terms & Conditions
Confidentiality and discretion is guaranteed. Upon the client's request we will sign a Confidentiality Agreement or Privacy Statement. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend any work, should a client fail to settle their account by the due date.
All documents, files and medium provided by the client will be returned to the client once the work is completed and payment is received. We will proof read all work however it is the responsibility of the client to check for errors. All errors found will be corrected free of charge, providing notification has been provided within 5 days of receiving the completed work.

Payment Terms
An invoice will be provided at the completion of the work which is due and payable at this time, unless payment terms are agreed upon. Invoices are due for payment within the stated due by date. Where a subscription service has been accepted, work will not commence until payment has been received. Some projects will require a deposit to be paid before work commences. We will exercise our right to interest and compensation should debt recovery costs be incurred. |

Payment Method
We will issue you with your invoice which you can pay via direct deposit to our nominated bank account. Alternatively you can use send secure payments through PayPal. You will instantly receive a receipt and confirmation of your payment.
If you prefer another form of payment then please let us know and we will arrange a more suitable method.
